Function: The top priority for a Curator at PROSE is sales and customer experience. This means enrolling all guests into our money saving memberships, upgrading each of their services with add-ons, and selling retail and gift cards, while staying focused on delivering exceptional customer service to anyone who walks through the door.
General Duties:
• Enrolling guests into our membership programs.
• Creating an exceptional member/guest experience.
• Acting as a brand ambassador
• Assisting members and guests with scheduling appointments
• Explaining the benefits of the services performed and makes home care recommendations.
• Maintaining a clean and sterile environment
• Maintaining professional appearance
• Attending all scheduled shifts; is prompt to work and works entire scheduled shift
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in membership sales
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in retail sales
Preferred Qualifications:
• Able to work flexible days and hours
Responsibilities
