JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, in supervisory/managerial level.
• Able to lead and manage a team.
• Candidate who has a beauty/spa certified certificate will be an advantage. Eg. CIBTAC , CIDESCO , ITEC.
• Required Skill(s): Face, Body, Slimming & Wellness consultation, Sales & Operations of Branch, Customer Service, Relationship building with customers.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills and service-oriented.
• Positive working attitude and cheerful personality.
• Friendly and caring towards customers and team.
• Able to work well together with others.

• assist to oversee day-to-day counter.
• Achieve personal sales target
• Provide professional skin/body analysis and consultation.
• Identify customer’s needs and recommend suitable products and treatments to customers.
• Perform facial, body hair removal and/or slimming treatments for customers (Extra points if you are able to).
• Assist in Management and Customer Service Relations process.
• Handle customers feedback and service recovery.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
