Role Overview:
The Beauty Salon Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering a warm welcome, managing bookings, coordinating the team’s schedules, and supporting our social media presence. This role combines organizational skills with a flair for aesthetics—perfect for someone who loves beauty, people, and a touch of creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients with a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
  • Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations using salon booking software
  • Coordinate daily schedules for stylists and therapists to maximize productivity and client satisfaction
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and social media messages promptly and professionally
  • Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
  • Contribute to the salon’s online presence by capturing and posting engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
  • Assist with upkeep of cleanliness within the salon
  • Support the salon team with administrative and operational tasks as required

  • Experience in customer facing roles
  • Proficiency in booking systems and basic computer applications
  • A creative eye for photography, video, and social media content
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
