We are seeking a dedicated Salon Manager to join our team at Star Beauty Lounge in Fareham. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining our high standards. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive environment that aligns with our mission of providing top-notch beauty services.

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
• Lead and manage the salon team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders effectively.

• Qualifications
