ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven, hands-on Clinic Manager to take charge of our Dorking clinic relaunch. This is a unique opportunity to reopen and grow an established clinic, build a high-performing team, and play a key role in our ambitious expansion plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the successful reopening and relaunch of the Dorking clinic
• Recruit, train, and motivate a strong team to deliver exceptional client care
• Drive sales and treatment growth through innovative ideas and strong local marketing
• Ensure operational excellence – systems, compliance, and customer service
• Build and maintain a positive, thriving clinic culture
• Manage budgets, targets, and financial performance
