Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist & Operations Coordinator (Administrative Support, Staff Dispatch, and Online Client Acquisition)
Location: Dubai – Bronze Beauty Salon

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Professionally respond to customers via phone, text messages, and in-person.
  • Manage the salon’s daily administrative tasks, follow up on schedules, and coordinate meetings.
  • Record client orders and schedule the dispatch of specialized staff (hairdressers, home service providers, etc.).
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with promoters and the marketing team to enhance customer acquisition and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and record documents, receipts, and salon management reports.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction and handle after-sales service matters.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with professional influencer experience and collaboration with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat).
  • Proficiency in sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing beauty professionals for salon and home services.
  • Manage the recruitment process for new hires, prepare resumes, conduct interviews, and draft employment contracts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in reputable beauty salons or beauty centers.
  • Professional influencer experience with in-depth knowledge of beauty-related social media platforms.
  • Proven ability to execute recruitment and hiring processes for beauty professionals.
  • Strong skills in communication, scheduling, coordination, and staff dispatch according to client orders.
  • Full knowledge of administrative management, order recording, and basic financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in using salon management software or systems, and competent with phone and computer use.
  • Team-oriented mindset, high attention to detail, confidentiality, motivation for growth, and professional conduct.
