JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Receptionist with Social Media Management experience who has previously worked in a beauty salon join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive customer interaction. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and analytics to ensure that our messaging resonates with our target audience.

SKILLS

  • Prior experience in a beauty salon or similar setting
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
  • Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication, customer service and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of booking systems is a plus
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar) is a a must.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Responsibilities

FRONT DESK / RECEPTIONIST DUTIES:

  • Greet and check-in clients with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails and direct messages
  • Manage bookings and coordinate appointment schedules
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues
  • Process payments and maintain front desk cleanliness

SOCIAL MEDIA DUTIES:

  • Capture photo/video content of salon services and staff
  • Create engaging content (reels, posts, stories, behind-the-scenes)
  • Manage and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
  • Keep up with beauty trends and incorporate them into content strategy
