SUMMARY:

Are you someone who loves skincare? Do you spend your free time on social media learning about all the latest makeup trends and fragrances? We invite you to apply for the part-time Beauty Specialist position at our Hillside Mall location.
Applicants should have flexible availability during summertime to cover staff vacations, and minimum availability one shift weekly in the fall. Experience preferred but not required - We are always willing to train the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Planning, Judgment and Decision Making
• Independent thinking and decisions
• Selling skills in Cosmetics

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven consultative skills to provide information
• A good knowledge of various beauty products and services available
• Ability to conduct sit down makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate application
• Strong communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to climb ladder
• Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong knowledge of beauty products to promote sales
• Stocking products on shelf, and maintaining organization
• Light cleaning duties and sanitization
• Create engaging social media content and promote in-store events
