STORE MANAGER - PFLUGERVILLE, TX

Status: Full-time, Onsite (some travel may be required)
Reports To: Director of Operations & District Manager

• Hold bi-weekly 1-on-1 meetings with Associates for coaching and feedback.
• Manage scheduling, training, and on-call duties as needed.
• Stay current on training materials, promotions, and product knowledge.
• Promote local community engagement and maintain relationships with businesses.
• Manage payroll, inventory, invoicing, and ordering of supplies.
