POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our vibrant team in Maroochydore. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in a variety of beauty treatments and a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best. You’ll benefit from flexible hours, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for ongoing professional growth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• AQF Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Beauty Therapist.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering a wide range of beauty treatments
• Strong understanding of skin analysis and product knowledge
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
• Professional appearance with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

• Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals, assess skin types and conditions, and recommend suitable skincare routines, treatments, and makeup applications
• Apply both everyday and corrective makeup tailored to individual client needs and special occasions
• Provide nail services including manicures, pedicures, decorative nail art, artificial nail application, nail repair, and specialised hand and foot treatments
• Deliver revitalising facial and body treatments, including a variety of massage techniques for relaxation and wellness
• Perform hair removal services such as waxing, tinting, bleaching, depilation, and electrolysis with precision and care
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and products to ensure optimal client results
• Manage appointment scheduling, handle client bookings, and maintain accurate treatment records
• Advise on and promote cosmetic and skincare products tailored to client needs
