Beauty Therapist

Specialising in skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, body contouring and beauty treatments we operate from a purpose-designed clinic that is both comfortable and client-focused. Our aim is to deliver superior results through non invasive treatments with evidence based results.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team who is able to provide an exceptional level of service and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of NVQ Level 3, (Level 4 Laser Core of Knowledge would be advantageous) with a minimum of two years industry experience. Treatments to be carried out will include nails, facials, massage and machine based skin rejuvenation including Hydrafacial. With the opportunity for further training and career development the role is suited to a forward thinking individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills who wishes to learn alongside our experienced and friendly team.
Responsibilities:
To ensure that all treatments are carried out professionally and in a timely manner following clinic protocols, (training to be provided on devices).
To be responsible for greeting clients, preparing them for treatments and post treatment care. To provide advice and guidance to all clients regarding the best treatment and ensure that all clients are comfortable and fully informed of the steps involved
Provide excellent customer service both face to face, over the phone and on any electronic devices.
To advise and recommend the most suitable treatment plan for clients as per training received.
Carry out the necessary administration required for each client including booking and rebooking client appointments onto the laptop booking system and keeping updated client notes.
Qualifications:
- Minimal NVQ Level 3 Beauty
- - Proven experience in providing treatments
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
