Responsibilities Perform a range of beauty treatments including waxing, facials, and massage. Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guest to ensure their needs are met. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment room and across the salon. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new treatments. Engage in professional development to enhance skills and knowledge of beauty therapies. Assist in promotional activities to attract and retain clients. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve salon goals and maintain a positive atmosphere. Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy. Proven experience in a beauty therapy or wellness environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A passion for the beauty industry and providing high-quality services. Attention to detail and a focus on client satisfaction. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
