Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and personable individual who can perform a variety of beauty treatments, including makeup application, nail services, and hair styling. In addition to beauty duties, the role involves front-of-house responsibilities, such as greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling general reception tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional beauty services including makeup, nails, and hair styling to a high standard.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and friendly reception experience.
  • Manage bookings and appointments efficiently, both in person and over the phone.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in beauty therapy, including makeup, nails, and hair services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle both beauty treatments and reception duties seamlessly.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to excellent customer service.
