We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in beauty treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Beauty Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients through various beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients will be essential in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

EXPERIENCE

• Applicants must possess at least a Level 2 VTCT qualification or an equivalent certification that is recognised and approved by the local council. While prior experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a comparable role is advantageous.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English. A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour, coupled with a genuine passion for the beauty industry, is essential.
• The role requires a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging treatments, techniques, and technologies within the beauty sector. Familiarity with maintaining hygiene standards, managing client appointments, and working collaboratively within a team environment is highly desirable.

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including Manicure, Pedicure, facials, Massage, Waxings, Nails and body treatments.
• Provide personalised consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate services.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
• Handle client bookings, manage appointments on website and third-party platfomrs, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client engagement.
