SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at Inner Beauty in the heart of the city. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our clients’ beauty experience, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service and care.

• Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and massage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in promoting salon services and products.
• Handle client inquiries and provide professional advice on beauty products.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall salon performance.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of beauty products and treatments is an advantage.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.

We’re after a beauty therapist who:

• Knows their way around a wax pot (the more intimate, the better)
• Can do a decent facial, massage, and basic nails
• Has a cracking sense of humour
• Doesn’t take life (or themselves) too seriously
• Fancies working just 3.5 days a week
