REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant qualifications in beauty and Salon will be preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism

• Discussing client needs, analysing skin characteristics, and advising on appropriate skin care, treatments, and make-up application
• Mastering brow shaping, tinting, and waxing to create the perfect brows for clients
• Providing a range of advanced facial treatments and body therapies, including relaxing massages
• Delivering high-quality body waxing services in a professional and comfortable manner
• Treating unwanted hair using waxing, Threading, tinting, Eyelash Extension, lash lift, body sugaring, Brow lamination, spray tan,
• Building strong client relationships through exceptional customer care and personalised beauty advice
• Evaluating beauty therapy processes and recommending suitable products and treatments
• Advising clients on beauty products, treatments, and packages to support retail sales and meet salon targets
• Managing bookings, arranging appointments, and maintaining accurate client records
• Adhering to hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Working collaboratively with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent client experience
