We are seeking a skilled and professional Beauty Therapist to join our medical/aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will perform a range of beauty and skin treatments under clinical standards, support aesthetic procedures, and ensure exceptional client care in a safe and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform beauty and skin treatments such as facials, skin cleansing, peeling, and hair removal in line with clinic protocols.
• Assist dermatologists/aesthetic doctors during non-invasive treatments (e.g., laser, skin rejuvenation).
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sterilization, and safety standards.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before each session.
• Keep accurate client treatment records and update files after each visit.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care.
• Promote clinic services, packages, and skincare products.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Aesthetics.
• Proven experience in a clinic or medical spa setting.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and relevant treatments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Ability to work in compliance with health authority regulations (e.g., DHA license if in Dubai).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced equipment such as laser, microdermabrasion, or radiofrequency.
• Sales and up-selling skills for aesthetic products and packages.
