Our young clinic has grown since we opened our doors in 2024 and we are now looking to grow even further. We offer a variety of treatments, specialising in Sports Therapy, massage and a variety of Beauty Treatments but we are now looking for a like minded, motivated and enthusiastic part time Beauty Therapist to work alongside our existing therapist.
Reflex Therapy & Wellbeing Ltd is a friendly and dynamic clinic based near Bromsgrove in the West Midlands. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team on a part time employed basis. The role will offer the right applicant the opportunity to grow and help develop with the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional beauty treatments and services, with a huge focus on customer satisfaction (we have the most amazing clients). As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• Warm, friendly and professional attitude.
• A keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills and a well presented appearance.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and client care.
  Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
  Expected hours: No less than 18 per week

• Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, manicures/pedicures, gel services, waxing and brow services
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment areas.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.
• Effectively communicate treatment options and aftercare advice to clients.
• Assist in managing appointment schedules and maintaining accurate client records.
• Promote products and services to clients to enhance their overall experience.
