REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant certifications/diploma in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics.
• Valid DHA license
• Knowledge of advanced treatments (e.g., lymphatic drainage, body contouring, skin rejuvenation, laser, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and achieve set targets.
• English level B2 or higher (our team and patients are international).

• Provide a range of professional beauty treatments (facials, body treatments, massage etc.) to clients at a high standard.
• Perform skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat bookings.
• Upsell and cross-sell treatment packages and retail products to maximize revenue.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty techniques, products, and industry trends.
