Job Description About the Therapist role; For this role it is essential that you have a Level 3 Beauty Therapy Diploma/ Massage Therapy or equivalent qualification. Guest focused with the ability to provide amazing customer service to all our guests and clients. To greet guests and clients in a professional manner and assist with enquires To take a pro-active approach, promoting the Salon and available treatments to guests and clients. To be pro-active on promoting retail sales. Ensure that treatments start and end on time with accordance to the salons daily schedule, and are delivered to the highest standard. To assist with reception duties, including taking bookings and the use of tills Ensuring that the quality of the salon surroundings and treatment rooms are kept to a professional standard To ensure that health and safety, and confidentiality is followed at all times. Hours of work: Full-time position Working 30 - 40 hours, covering 4 - 5 days per week.
