We are seeking a skilled Beautician to join our team at a reputable salon in the heart of Blackburn. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, with expertise in a variety of treatments and services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of beauty treatments including product facials, hydrafacial, manicure, pedicure, and deep tissue massage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences.
- Offer expert advice on beauty products and treatments, upselling where appropriate.
- Manage the front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments.
- Utilise social media platforms to promote services and engage with clients.
- Demonstrate proficiency in aesthetics treatments with high customer service quality.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Certification in beauty therapy or relevant qualifications.
