We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of beauty and wellness skills, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service acumen, and the ability to manage various beauty treatments in a professional setting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments including hair styling, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care. Builder gel / acrylics/shellac nail treatments.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
• Manage front desk operations including appointment bookings, retail sales of beauty products, and product demos.
• Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their beauty goals.
• Upsell services and products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
