Key Responsibilities

• You will have the opportunity to train in a variety of treatments, including; facials, advanced facials, body massage, body wraps
• Perform all treatments in line with 5* standards
• Focus on self-development and keep up to date with treatment protocols and new product launches.
• Personal appearance is to be immaculate and in keeping with professional standards.
• Therapists will offer consultation to clients, recommend best suitable treatments and aftercare tailored to clients needs. Therapists will work towards retail targets set and in turn be rewarded with product incentives.
• Work with an enthusiastic and motivated attitude when dealing with both guests and colleagues.

· Offer exceptional customer service, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all clients.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and throughout the salon.
· Support team members and contribute to a collaborative and professional workplace culture.
