OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have a flair for beauty, skincare and essentially waxing. The role is part time with the potential for more hours as demand increases.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in eyebrows, lashlifts and have an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Confident in all aspects of female waxing, including intimate (refresher can be provided)
• Reliable, and happy to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage a busy column and work efficiently while maintaining high standards.

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including brows, lashlifts, facials, skincare consultations, and our most popular service waxing (key part to the role, must be qualified in body & intimate).
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised and ready for use.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalised recommendations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each client feels comfortable and satisfied with their experience.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed advice to clients.
• Assist in promoting beauty products and services offered at the salon.
