JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in beauty treatments and services, with a focus on providing exceptional customer care. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in various beauty treatments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• A Level 3 qualification in beauty therapy or aesthetics is desirable but not essential.

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, lash lifts, brow lamination and body massage.
• Provide personalised consultations to clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised and well-stocked.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best services possible.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
