In the role of Beauty Therapist, your key focus will be to:

• Extend a welcoming experience for our clients
• Carry out a variety of treatments
• Follow LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and Forbes, and brand standards
• Be fully trained and aware of the treatment menu and products
• Assess guest needs through thorough consultation prior to treatment
• Adhere to the operating procedures of Chuan Body + Soul
• Promote spa and body care products as well as treatments
• Ensure all treatment rooms are set up according to standard prior to the treatment
• Maintain clear lines of communication within the Spa and the hotel in general
