We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Beauty Therapist & Coordinator to join The French Pharmacy. This is a key role combining hands-on treatments with the coordination and development of our therapy rooms.
As part of our team, you will deliver exceptional treatments, oversee the smooth running of the therapy rooms, and support the growth of this part of the business.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE & TREATMENTS

• Provide 5-star customer service with thorough consultations, treatments, and aftercare.
• Champion a seamless client journey from booking to rebooking.
• Deliver treatments according to protocols and brand training.
• Follow up with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in beauty therapy.
• Exceptional client consultation and care skills.
• Proven organisational ability with experience coordinating teams or contractors.
• High level of commercial awareness and growth mindset.
• Confident using booking systems and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, both written and spoken.
• Calm, professional, and client-focused approach.
• Fluent French is essential.
