Halls Of Ivy Training Academy is looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Beauty Tutor & Assessor to join our growing team in Chelmsford.

The Role

As a Beauty Tutor & Assessor, you will:

• Deliver engaging practical and theory lessons in Beauty Therapy.
• Assess learners working towards their NVQ qualifications.
• Support and motivate learners to achieve their full potential.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate assessment and learner records.
• Ensure training is delivered in line with awarding body requirements.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment.

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
• A recognised Assessor qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Teaching qualification
• Recognised Nail Technology qualification
• Industry experience in Beauty Therapy and Nail Technology.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for education and learner success.
