As a BeaverTails Supervisor, you’ll assist in overseeing the heart of our operations—serving up delicious, iconic BeaverTails pastries and delivering friendly, memorable experiences to our customers. Whether you’re working the counter, preparing orders, or keeping things clean and upbeat, your energy and enthusiasm will help bring the BeaverTails brand to life.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on your feet for extended periods
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and ready to pitch in wherever needed
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures and brand standards· Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • G Driver’s License with clean driving history
  • Bilingualism in French and English a definite asset
Responsibilities
  • Supervise operations on location - this is a working supervisor position
  • Drive food truck to various booking locations
  • Prepare and cook BeaverTails pastries and other menu items to brand standards
  • Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Take and process drink and food orders efficiently
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
  • Replenish stock and ingredients as needed throughout the shift
  • Handle customer concerns or questions with professionalism and care
  • ·Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
