About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to help ensure the stability, accuracy, and compliance of ATM operations. In this role, you will oversee key remediation workstreams, execute essential programming updates, support project delivery, and coordinate activities tied to the third‑party ATM program. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational continuity, strengthening the risk and control environment, and driving the timely implementation of updates that protect the customer experience and meet regulatory expectations. In this role, you will: Lead critical remediation initiatives that strengthen the stability, accuracy, and compliance of ATM operations. Manage required programming updates and ensure timely implementation of changes that protect the customer experience and meet regulatory expectations. Coordinate operational activities tied to the third‑party ATM program, including vendor interactions, issue resolution, and case management. Support project delivery by organizing workflows, tracking progress, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to remove obstacles and maintain momentum. Provide operational and analytical support across a range of functions, including asset management, controls, and compliance‑related tasks. Build strong relationships with business partners and leaders across a matrixed environment, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and effective communication. Contribute to a continually improving risk and control environment by identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and following through on remediation efforts. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and take ownership of workstreams that require both precision and agility. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strong ability to manage high workloads and competing demands, including thriving in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining quality under sustained volume and pressure. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while navigating shifting priorities. Proven project management, vendor management, and research capabilities, including experience managing issue cases and facilitating timely resolution. Skilled in building partnerships and consulting with leadership, with the ability to influence successfully across a matrixed organization and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic and analytical thinker who can see the broader operational picture, develop clear action plans, work independently, and demonstrate strong self‑management and self‑regulation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., LiveMeeting). Technologically savvy, with strong overall tech aptitude and comfort leveraging AI and Copilot to identify operational gaps, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency. Experience developing SharePoint workflows and project‑tracking tools to support operational visibility and execution. Knowledge of ATM service, maintenance processes, and ATM operations, with an understanding of how ATMs function within broader regional and business ecosystems. Strong negotiation and issue‑resolution skills, particularly in vendor or third‑party partner environments. Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
