Descripción del empleo Funciones: Apoyar al equipo de importación marítima realizando las siguientes funciones principales: Control diario de llegadas (Track & trace) Pre-alertas a clientes (arrivals, datos de despacho etc.) Control/revisión de documentación (HBL/MBL) Envío de documentación Introducción de eventos en sistema Atención al cliente Horario y periodo: Horario a convenir con la empresa y Universidad. Tipo de contrato / Convenio de prácticas: Beca (Convenio de Prácticas) + contrato al finalizar si el desempeño es bueno y ambas partes están de acuerdo. Es un requisito obligatorio para optar a la beca, poder firmar convenio con la Universidad, y estar en disposición de permiso de trabajo y/o residencia en España. Requisitos Requisitos: Estudios: Comercio exterior, comercio internacional, logística y transporte... Alto dominio de Inglés y Castellano Conocimientos informáticos para el uso del paquete Microsoft Office (Nivel Alto) Ganas de aprender Persona proactiva Información adicional Se Ofrece: Plan de formación y posibilidades reales de incorporación en la empresa una vez finalizada con éxito la Beca.
