Time for a change? Martin Estate and Injury Law, a boutique law firm with two offices in the beautiful Okanagan area of British Columbia, is hiring a lawyer to practice family law in our Lake Country office. This is an in-office (not remote) position in the spectacular Okanagan.
Lake Country is located between Vernon and Kelowna, near the University of British Columbia - Okanagan.
This area is much more affordable than Vancouver - you can buy a home and say goodbye to ever commuting again! It has all the amenities of bigger cities, with theatre and the arts, sports teams, stores, and excellent schools, plus amazing golf, skiing, hiking and biking, farmer’s markets, wineries, wonderful restaurants and more! Meanwhile you will be a convenient 4.5 hour drive from Vancouver and a 6 hour drive from Calgary for visits on weekends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
• You enjoy working with people and helping them solve problems
• Experience as a lawyer is an asset but not mandatory - new calls will be trained
