The role
As the Community Connector (Youth Focus), you’ll work alongside the Community Impact Strategy Coordinator and other local connectors to build a strong, representative youth voice in the Nambucca Valley. Your mission is to ensure young people’s ideas, aspirations, and perspectives shape local initiatives, community decision-making, and the region’s future vision.
This is a facilitation role, not a directing one. You’ll empower young people to take the lead—whether through youth collectives, advisory councils, or grassroots projects—and create opportunities for them to influence real change.
