BED SALES MANAGER – BIRMINGHAM

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 OTE (basic + bonus + commission)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 5 days over 7 (including weekends)
NCF Living; one of the UK’s leading furniture retailers is hiring a Bed Sales Manager for our Birmingham showroom. With 22 stores nationwide and a 4.8 Trustpilot rating, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, quality design, and continuous growth.
We’re seeking a driven sales professional with strong experience in the bed industry. You’ll lead department operations, drive sales, coach team members, and ensure the showroom is welcoming and well-presented.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in bed sales or as a sales manager in the bed/furniture industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team player with a results-driven attitude
• Professional, punctual, and approachable

• Drive and deliver sales targets and performance reports
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge across our full bed range
• Maintain showroom standards to support a great customer experience
• Lead by example and support junior staff
• Foster a positive, professional team environment
