Customer Service Representative Job Summary The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional service to customers, vendors, and internal teams by phone, email, and in-person. This role is essential in ensuring timely responses, order accuracy, and smooth operations by maintaining a deep understanding of Texas Ammunition products and services. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Deliver a five-star customer experience in all interactions Accurately enter and manage data in the company system Follow up on orders to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction Address customer feedback and complaints in collaboration with Supervisor Gather customer insights to support continuous improvement File and organize order records Collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams All other duties assigned by management Customer Service Representative Skills and Competencies Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure Strong interpersonal skills and customer empathy Clean, professional demeanor and workspace habits Problem-solving mindset Customer Service Representative Qualifications High school diploma or GED required ERP software and Microsoft Office experience preferred Must have a valid driver's license with a clean three-year driving history Work Environment Primarily indoors in a climate-controlled office, with occasional movement between office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.
