If you have experience as a shepherd or in beef finishing and enjoy working hands‑on with stock, this role could be a great fit. You’ll be part of a small, friendly team where there’s room to learn, grow, and feel supported in your work. In this role, you’ll help with moving stock, monitoring lightweight production, and looking after pastures and general farm work. Your day will be varied, practical, and outdoors. You’ll also learn how we do things at Pāmu, using our systems and processes, with plenty of support along the way. We take health and safety seriously and make sure everyone gets home safe at the end of the day. THE FARM Nestled just 20 minutes from Whitianga on the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula, Whenuakite Farm spans 520 effective hectares and operates efficient bull systems (permanent) - without the need for supplementary feeding.
