Territory: Wilmington/Hampstead DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.    Manage sales goals and KPI achievement for assigned market; monitor forecasts and variances to goals and initiate action to ensure success. 2.    Build CBC business and market share through sales calls, product placement, features, and promotions. 3.    Responsible for recruitment, selection, training, management, and development of OP Trade Specialist.  Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, SOPs, and laws. 4.    Call on assigned accounts based on scheduled frequency. Develop relationships with retailers and resolve customer concerns. 5.    Conduct business reviews with top accounts. 6.    Represent CBC at special events and community programs. 7.    Conduct supplier work-withs and crew drives. 8.    Manage new customer relationships and secure CBC product placement in account.  9.    Keep all assigned accounts current with the CBC preferred e-commerce platform. 10.    Ensure compliance with all ABC regulations. 11.    Provide sales reports, trends, or customer information as requested.  Recommend improvements, changes, or best practices. 12.    Participate in sales meetings and training.   13.    All other duties and responsibilities as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1.    Possess and display Coastal Beverage Company’s Core Values at all times: a.    Craft it b.    Own it c.    Protect it d.    Celebrate it 2.    Possess education equivalent to Associate’s degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school plus 1-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3.    Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.  4.    Possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 5.    Possess the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. 6.    Possess the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Possess the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. 7.    Possess ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Possess the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 8.    Possess computer skills requiring knowledge of word processing software, e-mail software, spreadsheet software, and Internet.  9.    Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance in the market or in the office. 10.    Possess ability to obtain and maintain an active beer and wine sales license. 11.    Possess ability to drive, valid driver’s license, and a driving record compliant with company standards.  SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervises up to 2 employees.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include traditional manager responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
