About This Position: Beer and Wine Bartender FreshTake Grocery is looking for a Beer and Wine Bartender to provide exceptional service at our bar. This role involves serving a selection of beers and wines to customers, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The Beer and Wine Bartender will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience by offering quality beverages and friendly service. Responsibilities: * Serve beer and wine to customers in compliance with state and local regulations * Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beer and wine selections * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area * Ensure accurate cash handling and POS system operation * Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality Availability: This position requires the flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays. Qualifications: * Previous experience as a bartender preferred * Knowledge of beer and wine varieties and brands * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Must be at least 21 years of age and adhere to alcohol service regulations Why Join Us?
