Job Details Job Location: Before and After School - Warren Township - Indianapolis , IN 46219 Position Type: Part Time Job Category: Youth Development Before & After School YMCA MISSION: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Position Overview: This isn’t just a job, it’s making an impact! The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is currently filling positions for YOUTH WORKERS in our Before and After School programs in Warren Township Schools. Youth Workers assist in the implementation of programming and interact positively with parents, other staff, and school personnel to develop a trusting relationship. This position helps in fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth and demonstrates the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants. Under the guidance of a Site Director, Youth Workers are responsible for directly supervising a group of 6-12 children while engaging with them in a variety of high-energy activities throughout the day.
