We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as part-time staff in our Before and After School Programs for the 2025–2026 school year across Dutchess and Putnam Counties. LOCATIONS IN THE FOLLOWING SCHOOL DISCTRICTS: Wappingers Central, Arlington Central, Hyde Park Central, Beacon City, Haldane Central, and Mahopac Falls Central PAY: $15.50 – $18.00 per hour (based on position, qualifications, and experience) JOB STATUS: Part-time, Non-Exempt HOURS: Before School and/or After School shifts available — apply for one or both The Before and After-School Program team is responsible for: Leading engaging, hands-on activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, group games, and homework support. Creating a safe, healthy, and enjoyable environment while serving as a positive role model for children. Communicating daily with parents and guardians through the Playground App. Adhering to state regulations, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and the policies of the host school. Depending on the position, additional responsibilities may include managing attendance records, overseeing registration, and assisting with staff coordination.. Requirements MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS: You're 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. While having 1 year of experience working with kiddos under 13 is awesome, it's not a must-have. We believe in potential and passion! You've got the green light from your doctor - medically fit to rock all the job duties and free of any communicable diseases including TB. You’re warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills are your jam, whether it's with kiddos, parents, or fellow team members. Plus, you're professional, reliable, and always prompt.
