Position Overview Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking motivated, developing clinicians to join our team as Non‑Certified Middle Tier Supervisors. This role is specifically designed for individuals actively enrolled in a Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field who are pursuing BCBA certification and are eager to receive high‑quality supervision from experienced BCBAs. This hourly position provides a structured pathway to advanced clinical responsibility, leadership development, and supervised fieldwork while maintaining a strong emphasis on ethical practice, client outcomes, and professional growth.
