Responsibilities

Assessment, development of behavior intervention plans, parent and caregiver training, and monitoring and documentation of applied behavior analysis services provided to people with autism spectrum and other neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disorders.
Consultation and collaboration with other professionals, which may include training direct care staff and overseeing their implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Assist with developing and implementing daily programming and activities for patients.
Supervise trainees.
Duties may involve brief post-discharge services in an outpatient or home setting.
