POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Behavior Consultant at ABA+, you’ll work directly with individuals and their support teams to help them reach personal life goals. You’ll receive guidance and support from experienced Regional Directors and Executive Leadership, all of whom are practicing Behavior Consultants themselves. Our team creates supportive, person-centered environments where everyone is empowered to succeed.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Master’s degree in psychology, social work, applied behavior analysis, counseling, education, or a related field.
· State and County background checks, CPR/First Aid certification, negative TB test, professional liability insurance, and reliable transportation with insurance.

Responsibilities

· Assess behavioral functions and develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
· Design and implement personalized Behavior Support Plans (BSP).
· Offer direct and ongoing behavior support to individuals and their families.
· Train staff and caregivers on Behavior Support Plans.
· Collaborate with service providers and support teams to help clients meet their goals.
