POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Behavior Director is a high visibility, high impact leadership role that supervises the Behavior Health and Wellness Department at STRiVE. The Behavior Director oversees the study and treatment of individuals with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders. This position manages and directs activities of behavioral health and wellness service. The Behavior Director ensures all behavioral health operations are compliant with current guidelines and associated ID/DD regulation.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/LICENSES:

• Master’s Degree and State Licensure in related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience developing behavior support plans for individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of best practice in development of support plans required, experience with DD/ID support plans preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record which meets STRIVE standards.
• Satisfactory results from DORA, CAPS, CBI screening and reference checks per guidelines.

  Pay: $90,000.00 per year
