SUMMARY:

  • BHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment)
  • Rate is based on years of related experience
  • Clearances are reimbursed after successful hire and billing with your case
  • BHT assignments available throughout Lancaster County, PA areas

URGENT NEEDS: (some case needs are for the new school year and some may have candidates in process)

  • Gordonville, PA Monday- Friday 4:30pm-6:30pm; Saturday 10am-12pm; male staff preferred
  • Gordonville, PA Monday-Friday 3pm-5pm; Saturday 5pm-7pm
  • Lancaster, PA Monday- Friday 10am-12pm (home)
  • Lancaster, PA Monday- Friday 3:30pm-5:30pm
  • Lititz, PA: Saturday 3pm-5pm

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
  • Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
  • Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent
