Who We’re Looking For * High school diploma or equivalent * A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow * Reliable transportation * Spanish Bilingual Required Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive. Your key responsibilities include: * 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more). * Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life. * Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress. * Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps. * Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential. * Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes. * Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
