At Pathways, youll help students achieve meaningful progress while growing professionally in a supportive environment where your expertise is valued.The RoleAs a Behavior Specialist, youll work directly with classroom teachers, behavior technicians, and other professionals to design and implement behavior-analytic teaching strategies. Youll develop individualized curricula, consult in public school settings, provide staff training, and engage in program development and research.
