BTs work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing BCBA-designed clinical plans that help clients build critical communication, social, and other adaptive skills.

  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), such as reinforcement and prompting, to teach the clients adaptive behaviors in developmental areas, such as language, socialization, play, self-help, and motor skills.
  • Utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), to address behavior reduction goals.
  • With training, implement skill development programs and perform appropriate physical guidance as needed to ensure client safety.
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
  • Convert sessions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
  • Track and record RBT hours each month and submit within timeframe.
  • Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
  • Attend trainings as required.
  • Maintain high degree of confidentiality.
  • Perform other related duties as needed
