Position Overview We are currently seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide direct ABA therapy services to children in the Fort Pierce, Fl area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, is eager to learn, and wants to build experience in the ABA field. No prior ABA experience is required, but experience working with children is strongly preferred. Training and ongoing support will be provided by our clinical leadership team. Cases and hours are assigned based on availability and location, with the goal of providing consistent scheduling whenever possible. Key Responsibilities Implement skill-building and behavior reduction programs under BCBA supervision Provide direct one-on-one therapy in-home and/or community settings (based on assignment) Collect accurate session data and document progress Maintain a professional and positive attitude during sessions Communicate respectfully with caregivers and supervisors Follow all agency policies and procedures Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sessions Strong communication skills and professionalism Patience, consistency, and willingness to learn Experience working with children (preferred) Ability to pass background screening requirements Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care What We Offer Competitive W-2 hourly pay: $18–$24/hour Paid training and onboarding support Ongoing supervision and mentorship Flexible scheduling options Supportive work culture Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Pathway support toward RBT certification (if applicable)
