JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. This role is crucial in providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities and assisting them in achieving their goals through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques.
  • Strong understanding of patient care principles and behavior management strategies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation practices and HIPAA compliance.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health concepts, particularly related to working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience working with children is highly desirable.
  • Ability to engage effectively with clients using behavioral therapy methods.
